Totally opaque black dark red core with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice and blackcurrants intermingle with mint, vanillin cedar and spicy tobacco notes. Medium-bodied ripe blackcurrant fruits sit over dusty earth backdrop with notions of vanillin cedar and bay leaf also evident. Dryish finish with firm, slightly chalky tannins and a spicy aftertaste.
